Part-time Customer Contact Specialist/Administrative Assistant:

Hours: Afternoon/early evening hours with some scheduling flexibility available.


Make quality assurance work follow-up calls to clients, offer products/services to clients, assist clients with any concerns or questions, answer inbound calls, schedule appointments, make outbound client courtesy calls. Communicate with other team members as needed to assist clients.  Assist with administrative duties and projects as assigned.
