What You'll Be Doing:
- Collaborating with the owner and leadership team to identify areas of priority for system documentation
- Leading the team in creating systems/processes and procedures from various sources including but not limited to videos, screenshots, verbal interviews, and other sources
- Extracting, documenting, editing, and improving systems & procedures
- Creating processes and continuously reviewing and maintaining accuracy when workflows are modified
- Working across various departments to make sure enough documentation is available to generator effective materials for the required audience
- Ensuring all new team members are correctly trained with the company’s systemized approach

Qualifications:
- Hight School graduate or equivalent
- At least one year Microsoft Word experience
- At least one year of email experience
- At least one of Computer Literacy experience
- At least one year of grammar experience preferred
- At least one year of technical writing experience preferred
- At least one year of communication experience preferred
