Systems Champion (Operational Procedures Specialist)

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Collaborating with the owner and leadership team to identify areas of priority for system documentation
  • Leading the team in creating systems/processes and procedures from various sources including but not limited to videos, screenshots, verbal interviews, and other sources
  • Extracting, documenting, editing, and improving systems & procedures
  • Creating processes and continuously reviewing and maintaining accuracy when workflows are modified
  • Working across various departments to make sure enough documentation is available to generator effective materials for the required audience
  • Ensuring all new team members are correctly trained with the company’s systemized approach

  • Hight School graduate or equivalent
  • At least one year Microsoft Word experience
  • At least one year of email experience
  • At least one of Computer Literacy experience
  • At least one year of grammar experience preferred
  • At least one year of technical writing experience preferred
  • At least one year of communication experience preferred
